What happens after I send in the inquiry form?

Once you submit the form, I’ll review your travel details and see if we’re a good fit. If it looks like a match, I’ll reach out with the next steps so you know exactly what to expect. Easy peasy—no confusing travel jargon, promise.

Can you work with my budget?

Absolutely. My goal is to help you find the best value for your vacation, not just the cheapest option. I'll be honest about what's realistic and help you make the most of your travel budget.

Do you charge a planning fee?

Some trips may require a planning fee depending on the type of vacation, amount of research involved, and level of support needed. If a fee applies, I'll explain it upfront before we get started. No surprises.

How far in advance should I start planning?

The earlier, the better—especially for cruises, Disney vacations, holiday travel, and popular destinations. However, if you're looking for a last-minute getaway, I can help with that too.

What if I have no idea where to start?

A little note before you geaux: I am accepting 2027 and 2028 trips at least 90 days before departure. Planning fees start at $100, are separate from trip costs, and are non-refundable. We confirm your fee before research begins. Proposals usually take about a week; supplier responses can affect timing. Office hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM-3 PM Central. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
